Position: HR Officer
Our Government client has an exciting opportunity for up to 3 months for an experienced HR Officer in a fast paced environment in the Health sector.
Based in Rozelle, your duties include high level administrative, word processing, database, spreadsheet, Stafflink and clerical support for clients, supervisors and managers. You’ll also provide advice and services on employment service matters and conditions of employment to all levels of management and staff. This includes assisting with the coordination of recruitment, participation on recruitment selection panels, generating management reports, training coordination, maintaining circulars, policies and bulletins and employment records, and providing clerical assistance to managers and supervisors on special projects and implementing policy and procedures.
If you have experience in providing high level administrative support in one or more human resources or related functional areas eg recruitment, human resources, learning and development, organisational health and wellness or people and culture, advanced computing skills including the use of Microsoft Office, HRIS, TRIM or similar records management systems, high level interpersonal skills, highly effective time management skills, good written communication skills and hold a current C class driver’s licence, please apply now.
