Position: IT Help Desk Officer

Location: Parramatta

Our Government Client is currently seeking an IT Help Desk Officer to join their team in Parramatta. This is a great 4 month contract with a possibility of extension.

 Key Accountabilities 

  • Provide high quality customer services
  • Respond to incoming enquiries in a confidential, responsive, customer focused manner and ensure accurate, targeted and timely information is supplied effectively
  • Participate and contribute to development and ongoing maturity of knowledge centred systems.

Skills Required

  • Experience working with ticketing systems before (e.g Remedy)
  • SAP experience
  • ITIL certification (desierable)
  • Previous IT Help Desk experience
