Position: IT Help Desk Officer
Our Government Client is currently seeking an IT Help Desk Officer to join their team in Parramatta. This is a great 4 month contract with a possibility of extension.
- Provide high quality customer services
- Respond to incoming enquiries in a confidential, responsive, customer focused manner and ensure accurate, targeted and timely information is supplied effectively
- Participate and contribute to development and ongoing maturity of knowledge centred systems.
- Experience working with ticketing systems before (e.g Remedy)
- SAP experience
- ITIL certification (desierable)
- Previous IT Help Desk experience
