Position: Lead Customer Communications Manager
We have a great 4 month opportunity for a Lead Customer Communications Manager in Parramatta.
You will form part of the Customer Experience and Account Management (CE&AM) team, which leads the Customer Strategy design and implementation, customer analytics and customer insights in Shared Services
As the Lead Customer Communications Manager you will lead and design customer experience initiatives in line with the Customer Strategy. The coordinator will also work across the business supporting teams to use human-centred design approaches such as design thinking and customer journey mapping to design services that meet customer needs and expectations
Six Sigma experience would be beneficial in this role.
