Position: Customer Support Officer
Our Government Client is currently seeking an Customer Support Officer in Parramatta. Great short term contract for the right candidate!
As the Customer Support Officer your role will be to provide support and advice to users with matters related to HR and Finance whilst supporting the delivery of high quality services in accordance with agreed service levels and business priorities.
- Provide time-based support on phone that does not exceed the maximum phone time allocated
- Work to provide support to users based on a rotating roster
- Handle a minimum of 40 calls per day
- Adhere to escalation procedures to different teams
- Support rolling roster of working hours
- Balance competing demands to achieve customer Service Level Agreements
- Encourage users to follow procedures and processes when logging incidents and requesting changes
- Balance taking and logging all calls whilst meeting the minimum call handle volume
- SAP experience
- ServiceNow experience – desirable
