Position: Customer Service Officer

Location: Port Macquarie

We are currently seeking 4 experienced Customer Service Officers in Port Macquarie. This is a great 4 month contract with possible extension with our highly reputable client.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide high quality service  to customers that consistently meets service standards and sales targets
  • Accurately enter information into the CRM and other relevant systems in a timely manner.
  • Managing each enquiry through to completion
  • Complying with defined timeframes
  • Liaise with multiple stakeholders

Skills Required

  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport with a wide range of people and a passion for sales
  • Demonstrated ability to be resourceful in order to access information and solve problems for customers
  • Ability to identify when to escalate an enquiry to a supervisor in order to best serve the customer’s needs
  • Ability to thrive in a fast moving environment and keep learning and developing
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills and the ability to adapt these to a variety of communication channels such as phone, chat and email
  • Accurate data entry and word-processing skills
  • Ability to work as a supportive and co-operative team member, to share information and to step in to help others when workloads are high
  • Ability to work with a range of complex administrative and financial corporate data systems
