Position: Administration Assistants x 2
Our NSW Government client has 2 x Administrative positions available –
- Parramatta location – 2 month contract
- Sydney CBD – Up to 12 months
These roles require the following skills and experience:
- Strong administrative and support skills, including records management, routine correspondence, meeting and event coordination to support the team/unit
- Preparation of documentation and correspondence to support information flow and inform decision making
- Financial transactions and purchasing services
- Responding to inquiries, escalating/redirecting issues to ensure the provision of accurate information
- Updating / maintaining records and databases, complying with administrative systems and processes
Candidates will be skills tested for typing speed / accuracy and MS Office skills.
