2 x Administration Assistants – Position Filled

Position: Administration Assistants x 2

Location: Sydney

Our NSW Government client has 2 x Administrative positions available – 

  1. Parramatta location – 2 month contract
  2. Sydney CBD – Up to 12 months

These roles  require the following skills and experience:

  • Strong administrative and support skills, including records management, routine correspondence, meeting and event coordination to support  the team/unit
  • Preparation of documentation and correspondence to support information flow and inform decision making
  • Financial transactions and purchasing services
  • Responding to inquiries, escalating/redirecting issues to ensure the provision of accurate information
  • Updating / maintaining records and databases, complying with administrative systems and processes

Candidates will be skills tested for typing speed / accuracy and MS Office skills.
