Position: Clerical Administrator
Our Government Client has a great 9 month opportunity for an experienced administrator in Blacktown.
- Triaging emails and online customer enquiries ,
- Data entry for recruitment,
- Day to day administrative support functions for the HR Recruitment team.
- Processing of forms and emails to ensure that the work flows to the recruitment team utilising the TRIM records management system.
- Updating personnel records and transfer applications for employees.
- Generating and sending of appointment letters to employees.
- Minimum 5 years experience in an Administration role
- Experience in TRIM
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word and Excel
- Excellent Data Entry and Word Processing experience
