Position: Clerical Administrator

Location: Blacktown

Our Government Client has a great 9 month opportunity for an experienced administrator in Blacktown.

Key Accountabilities

  • Triaging emails and online customer enquiries ,
  • Data entry for recruitment,
  • Day to day administrative support functions for the HR Recruitment team.
  • Processing of forms and emails to ensure that the work flows to the recruitment team utilising the TRIM records management system.
  • Updating personnel records and transfer applications for employees.
  • Generating and sending of appointment letters to employees. 

Skills Required

  • Minimum 5 years experience in an Administration role
  • Experience in TRIM
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word and Excel
  • Excellent Data Entry and Word Processing experience
