Position: Receptionist/Administrator

We have an incredible opportunity for an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join a progressive corporate company in Port Macquarie.

You would be supporting the office in various divisions, so to deliver results in this position you would require:

  • Proven working experience in a front office handling receptionist responsibilities
  • 5+ years reception/administrator skills in a corporate environment(essential)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional and immaculate presentation
  • Solid communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive whilst managing a multitude of tasks
  • Ability to organise and work to deadline with accuracy and care
  • Hardworking, energetic and a “go getter”
  • Ownership of role managed with pride and passion
