Position: HR Administration Support

Location: Port Macquarie

We are seeking an experienced HR Administration Support in Port Macquarie, our highly  reputable client has a great 4 month opportunity with a possible extension.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide high level administrative support for a range of Workforce Services activities to enable efficient, effective and responsive employee based services
  • Provide data entry, word processing and spread-sheet services using the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Maintain the Records Management System and other filing systems within the Workforce Services function to ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information

Skills Required

  • Certificate IV in Human Resources / Payroll Administration and/or relevant experience working in a contemporary and relevant environment (minimum two years relevant experience)
  • Proven resourcefulness and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative to review work processes
  • Demonstrated proficiency in data entry and word-processing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a range of complex administrative systems
