We have a great full time permanent role for an experienced Receptionist in Port Macquarie.
- First point of contact performing reception duties including telephone, managing inquiries, deliveries and visitor interactions.
- Managing high volume reception duties with a high degree of confidentiality and judgement and managing competing and urgent tasks for professional staff.
- Proven working experience in a front office handling receptionist responsibilities
- 5+ years reception/administrator skills in a corporate environment(essential)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional and immaculate presentation
- Solid communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive whilst managing a multitude of tasks
- Ability to organise and work to deadline with accuracy and care
- Hardworking, energetic and a “go getter”
- Ownership of role managed with pride and passion
