Position: Receptionist

We have a great full time permanent role for an experienced Receptionist in Port Macquarie.

Key Accountabilities

  • First point of contact performing reception duties including telephone, managing inquiries, deliveries and visitor interactions.
  • Managing high volume reception duties with a high degree of confidentiality and judgement and managing competing and urgent tasks for professional staff.

Skills Required

  • Proven working experience in a front office handling receptionist responsibilities
  • 5+ years reception/administrator skills in a corporate environment(essential)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional and immaculate presentation
  • Solid communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive whilst managing a multitude of tasks
  • Ability to organise and work to deadline with accuracy and care
  • Hardworking, energetic and a “go getter”
  • Ownership of role managed with pride and passion
