Position: Branch Administrator
We have a great Branch Administrator role in Bathurst, this is a great 12 month opportunity for the right candidate.
As the Branch Manager you will provide administrative services and support within the relevant branch ensuring reliable and accurate information is available to facilitate the efficient operations of the branch. You will undertake a broad range of administrative tasks and functions whilst maintaining and promoting a high level of confidentiality at all times.
- Experience in the provision of administrative functions in a large organisation
- Experience working in an administrative environment performing tasks to meet deadlines whilst maintaining and promoting confidentiality
- Experience with accounts payable (invoicing) processes and systems.
- Experience with time reporting processes and systems.
- Experience in the coordination of travel.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
