Position: Administration Assistants

Location: Stockton

We have a great 6 month opportunity for an administration assistant in Stockton, our Government Client is looking for the right candidate to start in January 2018.

Key Accountabilities

  • Perform a variety of administrative functions
  • Schedule appointments, gives information to callers, and takes dictation
  • Compose memos, transcribes notes, and researches and creates presentations
  • Generate reports, handles multiple projects, and may prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports.

Skills Required

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area
  • Practice a high level of confidentiality, integrity and professionalism
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • An ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
  • A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required
