Position: Administration Assistants
We have a great 6 month opportunity for an administration assistant in Stockton, our Government Client is looking for the right candidate to start in January 2018.
- Perform a variety of administrative functions
- Schedule appointments, gives information to callers, and takes dictation
- Compose memos, transcribes notes, and researches and creates presentations
- Generate reports, handles multiple projects, and may prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Practice a high level of confidentiality, integrity and professionalism
- Have excellent communication skills
- An ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
- A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required
