ICT Support Officer – Position Filled

Position: ICT Support Officer

Location: Port Macquarie

Our Government Client is currently seeking an ICT Support Officer for a 3 month period with a possible extension.

Key Accountabilities

  • To resolve service requests within timeframes agreed
  • To resolve incidents within timeframes agreed
  • To answer Service Desk phone calls within timeframes agreed
  • To resolve incidents escalated because they are not resolved in the agreed resolution time
  • To develop documentation (in collaboration with customers) as required under project management policy
  • To produce deliverables within timeframes agreed with customers within project plans
  • To action all risks and issues as agreed with customers within project plans
  • To ensure customers overall satisfaction with ICT Services
  • To ensure customer satisfaction with incident resolution
  • To ensure customer satisfaction with service provision
  • To ensure more customers will promote our services to other staff than will detract from our services
