Position: Administration Assistant

Location: Milsons Point

Great short term Government contract available for an experienced Administration Assistant in Milsons Point NSW.

Key accountabilities

  • Update and maintain records and databases, complying with administrative systems and processes, to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible
  • Provide a range of administrative and support services
  • Respond to enquiries, and escalate and redirect issues as required, to ensure the provision of accurate information
  • Provide support in the collation and production of management reports

Essential Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative support role
  • Demonstrated capacity to exercise a high level of discretion and confidentiality when accessing information from the DRIVES computer system and when liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Well-developed computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and other supporting systems for record management
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage work priorities and meet strict deadlines
  • Demonstrated problem solving, research and analytical skills and capacity to present information in a logical and coherent manner
