Position: IT Service Desk Officer

Location: Liverpool

We have a great Government opportunity for an IT Service Desk Officer in Liverpool!

Key Accountabilities

  • Respond to and resolve customer enquiries whilst following policies, procedures and legislation.
  • Respond to queries relating to HR, Payroll, Recruitment and Work Health & Safety or IT.
  • Enquiries will be received via phone call and email

Skills Required

  • Previous contact centre or customer service experience of at least 2 years is essential.
  • Accuracy, ability to work independently and as part of a team and a commitment to help others are key.
  • Ability to be flexible and available to work rotating shifts between 7am – 7pm Monday to Friday
