Position: HR Payroll Service Desk Officer
We are seeking a HR Payroll Service Desk Officer in Liverpool. Our Government Client has an immediate start for the right candidate.
- Respond to and resolve customer enquiries whilst following policies, procedures and legislation.
- Respond to queries relating to HR, Payroll, Recruitment and Work Health & Safety or IT.
- Enquiries will be received via phone call and email
- Previous contact centre or customer service experience of at least 2 years is essential.
- Accuracy, ability to work independently and as part of a team and a commitment to help others are key.
- Ability to be flexible and available to work rotating shifts between 7am – 7pm Monday to Friday
