Position: Documentation Officer

Location: Sydney

Our Government Client is currently seeking an experienced Documentation Officer in Sydney, great short term opportunity with possible extension.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage and control the document management systems for project and operational teams.
  • Maintain the integrity and application of information standards and practices.
  • Provide and ensure a proficient, effective, timely and quality document management.
  • General admin / filing.
  • Develop, maintain and continuously improve document standards, policies and processes in
    compliance with statutory, regulatory and industry guidelines/requirements/obligations.
  • Using Problem solving and project coordination skills.

Skills Required

  • Extensive TRIM experience
