Position: Administration Officer

Our Government Client is seeking an Administration Officer to join their team in Bankstown for a great short term contract.

Key Accountabilities

  • Coordinate administrative tasks in relation to training and strategic programs
  • Record keeping and maintain contact lists
  • Follow and implement processes/approvals
  • Be proactive in following up tasks and self-motivated in actioning outstanding items
  • Training enrollment and coordination processing
  • Purchase order processing
  • Calendar management
  • Inbox management
  • Collation and tracking of reports and correspondence

Skills Required

  • Ability to multitask, adhere to timelines and prioritise effectively
  • Strong administrative experience
  • Well organised and personable
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others
  • ability to proactively provide structure around the team’s administrative functions
  • Attention to detail
