Position: Customer Service Officer

Location: St Leonards

Our Government Client it currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join their team. Short term contract with immediate start.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide high quality service to customers from enquiry to enrollment so relationships are established
  • Liaise with multiple stakeholders
  • Accurately enter information into the CRM and other relevant systems in a timely manner
  • Follow appropriate processes and procedures with a high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Collaborate with key learning delivery leaders and support staff as required to resolve current and prospective enquiries and enrollment issues

Skills Required

  • Previous Call/ Contact Centre experience
  • Great customer service skills
  • High attention to detail
