Position: Events Coordinator

Location: Sydney / Parramatta

Our Government Client is currently seeking an experienced Events Coordinator in Sydney, they have a great 5 month opportunity available.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support travelling trainers and be their first point of contact
  • Ensure multiple venues around the state are ready and fully equipped
  • Foresee problems ahead of time and alert the team
  • Provide admin support to the SWS program

Skills Required

  • Have previous experience of coordinating complex events
  • Be a lateral thinker and problem solver
  • Experience working with multiple digital systems, including a CRM and a CMS.
  • Ability to work to a deadline with unexpected demands
