Position: Executive Assistant
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Sydney City initially then moving to Parramatta
We have a great 7 week opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to cover holiday relief, supporting the Executive Director and a team of approx 20 people with our Government client.
NOTE: During the period of the role the office will be relocating from Bridge Street in Sydney City to Parramatta – you must be willing to attend both locations during the course of this temporary period.
- Diary, email and phone management
- PA support to the Executive Director
- Administration Support for staff
- Support the team in relocating from Bridge St to Parramatta
- 3 years experience in an Executive Assistant role
- Strong IT skills
- Ability to cope with change including supporting the team during the change
