Position: Data Entry / Document Migration Officer
Our Government based client requires an efficient data entry officer to assist with a document migration project for a duration of 3 months initially.
- Conduct review between contractual documentation details and the system records to ensure they match. Where documents are missing or inconsistent, locate the document, validate the correct details and upload the information into the system.
- Extract documentation/system records from SAP Ariba eTendering system and migrate them into HRPM record management system
- Liaise with internal stakeholders when carrying out the project tasks
- Computer savvy and strong technical skills
- Fast learner whilst paying attention to detail
- Maintain composure and a positive attitude as you will be dealing with large number of documents
- Ability to quickly locate key information within complex documentation
- Ability to manage own work autonomously
- Experience and familiarisation with various types of contracts
- Knowledge of record management systems
- Experience in conducting document reviews
- Competent in the use of SAP Ariba
Police checks will be required to be completed.
