Pre-Employment Screening and Assessment
We conduct numerous pre-employment screening tests and assessments to confirm we have found the most suitable candidate for your business. By completing these assessments, we can ensure that our recommended candidate is completely screened and fit to undertake the role. Checks include Criminal History Check, Working Rights Check and Behavioural and Skills Testing.

Reference Checks
MBC conducts a minimum of two professional reference checks for each successful candidate. These comprehensive checks are used to verify the candidate’s working history, skills and experience.
For senior executive roles, a minimum of three professional reference checks are conducted face-to-face or via video link.
