My role in Traffic Control is as Team leader and Traffic Control Adjutant.
My special skills
As a Traffic Controller, I’m responsible for controlling traffic by interaction with the team members and the public. As a Team Leader, I liaise with contractors to gain an understanding of their required needs and provide guidance, instruction and correction for our team members. I also maintain and strategise the current base of signage, equipment, policies and procedures to enable management and ground crews to implement clear objectives.
All about me
I am an empathetic person that likes to help others, and I work best in a team that values people and supports them. I can see value in things that seem worthless or forgotten, and I firmly believe that God has a purpose for everyone and that we can help each other to achieve real things.
